- work with no weekends or holidays (I mean you take your days off, but work is your primary thing in life. No work-life balance here for now.)

- I never have to micromanage you and babyseat you

- you wanna help me building the SaaS empire that will power indie makers to take over the world from soulless VC backed corporations

- you are able to be interesting on social media(meaning you know how to write content. If you can't make a good tweet, you can't make good content).
